What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), what you're looking for, your timing and your message.
• Home value request: the address and details of your home, your plans, your name, email address and phone number (if you give it).

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to you and provide the real estate services you ask for.
• To prepare your home evaluation and follow up about it.
• To send you relevant market information, only if you ask us to. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may share it with:

• Best Sellers Realty Inc., Brokerage, our brokerage, as Ontario real estate rules require.
• Service providers who deliver our email and website, only as needed to do so.
• Professionals you ask us to introduce, such as a mortgage broker, lawyer or mover, only with your permission.

Things this website stores or loads

• The moving road map remembers the items you tick in your own browser. It never leaves your device, and “Clear all” deletes it.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them.
• Links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, including Ontario real estate record-keeping rules. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can:

• Ask to see the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate
• Withdraw your consent to our using it
• Ask us to delete it
• Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
